By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing this Spiritual Healing Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Course Description
This course provides spiritual, personal-development and educational material relating to spiritual healing, spiritual practices, self-reflection and personal growth. The course is provided for educational and spiritual purposes only. The course does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice or treatment. You remain responsible for making your own decisions regarding your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
2. No Guaranteed Results
The course does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, relationship or other outcome. Spiritual practices and personal-development experiences differ from person to person. The purchase of the course does not constitute a promise that a particular result will occur. Any testimonials, examples or experiences described in connection with the course are individual experiences and should not be understood as a guarantee of your own results.
3. Payment
Full payment must be made before access to the course is provided, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing. All applicable prices and payment terms will be displayed to the purchaser before payment is completed.
4. No-Refund Policy
All course purchases are non-refundable once course access has been provided or the course content has been made available to the purchaser, subject always to any cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law. This means that a change of mind, failure to complete the course, failure to watch the lessons, failure to attend sessions, or dissatisfaction with the purchaser’s personal spiritual results does not automatically create a contractual right to a refund. Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Where applicable law gives a consumer a right to cancel or obtain a refund, that statutory right will apply.
5. Course Access
Course access is personal to the purchaser and may not be sold, transferred, shared, copied or given to another person without the written permission of the Course Provider. Where the course is delivered through an online platform, the purchaser is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to:
- videos;
- audio recordings;
- written lessons;
- workbooks;
- exercises;
- rituals;
- teaching materials;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- course notes;
Original spiritual practices and written content; remain the intellectual property of the Course Provider unless otherwise stated. The purchaser receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the materials for their own personal educational purposes. The purchaser may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, teach commercially from, copy or otherwise exploit the course materials without prior written permission.
7. Personal Use
The course is intended for the individual purchaser. Course materials may not be used to create a competing course, membership, workshop, book, training programme or commercial service without the Course Provider’s prior written permission.
8. Spiritual and Personal Responsibility
The purchaser acknowledges that spiritual practices are matters of personal belief and experience. The Course Provider does not represent that spiritual practices can diagnose, cure, prevent or medically treat any disease or medical condition. Nothing in the course should be used as a substitute for appropriate medical or mental-health care. Where a matter concerns a medical or psychological condition, participants should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward the Course Provider and other participants. The Course Provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where a participant:
- harasses or threatens the Course Provider or another participant;
- deliberately disrupts the course;
- shares confidential course material without permission;
- unlawfully copies or distributes course content;
- engages in fraudulent activity; or
- otherwise materially breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Any restriction or termination of access will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
10. Confidentiality
Where participants share personal information or experiences during live sessions, participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
Participants must not record, publish or distribute another participant’s personal disclosures without that person’s permission.
11. Course Changes
The Course Provider reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the course content, teaching materials, timetable, delivery method or platform where reasonably necessary. Where a significant change materially affects the service purchased, the Course Provider will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable law.
12. Course Availability
The Course Provider will take reasonable steps to provide access to the course as described at the time of purchase. Temporary interruptions caused by circumstances outside the Course Provider’s reasonable control, including platform outages, internet failures or other technical problems, do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund. Where appropriate, reasonable steps will be taken to restore access.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or reduce any right, protection, remedy or cancellation period granted to a consumer by mandatory provisions of South African law. These Terms and Conditions must be read subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and other applicable legislation.
14. Direct Marketing and Cooling-Off Rights
Where a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right applies to the purchase, the consumer may exercise that right in accordance with the applicable legislation. A “no refund” clause does not override a statutory consumer right.
15. Complaints
Any complaint concerning the course should first be submitted to:

The complaint should describe the issue and include the purchaser’s name, purchase date and relevant order or transaction reference. The Course Provider will consider complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Course Provider will not be responsible for losses arising from:
- the purchaser’s personal interpretation or application of spiritual teachings;
- failure to achieve a particular spiritual or personal outcome;
- failure to complete the course;
- technical problems outside the Course Provider’s reasonable control; or
- decisions independently made by the purchaser.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
17. Changes to These Terms
The Course Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase will be the version presented to the purchaser at the time of purchase, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and any applicable consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms.
19. Acceptance
By submitting payment or enrolling in “The Journey To The Awakened Soul” course provided by Rajini Pillay t/a Conscious Evolution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that this course is educational and spiritual in nature—not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment—and that purchases are subject to our non-refundable policy once access is provided, in accordance with applicable South African law.
